Welcome

Our tenets of faith

We believe in the supremacy of God. That God is one and has no equal and his existence in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit: God is omnipotent, omniscience and omnipresent.

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired word of God and that it is supreme and final authority in faith and Life. The Old Testament sets the stage for the New Testament.

We believe that Jesus Christ was born of Virgin Mary, crucified and died to atone for sins of humanity; and to reconcile humanity to God; that he was buried and arose from the grave on the 3rd day and he ascended into heaven. He lives today, our hope and glory.

We believe that the Lord Supper is a commemoration of the Lord’s death until he comes.

We believe in the personal bodily return of Christ; that the saved shall live forever in Heaven; that the lost are eternally condemned; and that salvation is ours by personal acceptance of Christ by faith and regeneration of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God created man sinless, but man sinned through disobedience and fell short of the Glory of God and is in need of salvation from guilt and the penalty of sin, that man's salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; and not by works, or the observance of the law or the traditions of the elders.

We believe baptism is for believer only; it is immersion of believer in water, thus setting forth the essential element of redemption.

We believe in the efficacy of prayer and fasting.

We believe in the existence of the power of divine healing, prophecies, visions, speaking in tongues and dreams

We believe that the church is the body of Christ, fellowship without prejudice to race, color and creed; there is but one church one faith and one baptism.

We believe that Government/State is to maintain law and order; we seek to obey the New Testament command to render honor to the authority, to obey all the laws which do not conflict with the higher laws of God and pray always for those in authority.
